It is a very strong passion of ours to produce young horses and to bring them up through the levels aiming at both small and big tour.
This same philosophy and passion is of course included in the training of our sales horses. Most of them stem from friends and colleagues in Germany, were they all have enjoyed a very good start in life with a sound and healthy foundation on which we can continue to build.
The very correct and healthy upbringing of our horses make them very loving and affectionate persons too, which for us is part of the package when working with such nice animals.
Our training approach is based on the German scales of training as well as patience and common sense.
We are proud to be able to offer two very nice and outstanding young mares for sale. Both are in our base in East Sussex:
Tortellini is a 4 year old very beautiful black Hanoverian mare by Totilas (Gribaldi) dam by Rosentau (Rubinstein). She stands at 16.1 hh and has impressed us since we first came across her with three very balanced gaits, considering her young age. Her natural straightness makes her very easy to collect and we are now competing her at affiliated dressage at novice level. She is currently learning leg yields and flying changes and can also do a little bit of counter canter.
Cannelloni is a 4 year old Holsteiner mare by Cormint (Calido I) dam by Carthago (Capitol I). Cannelloni is also currently standing at 16.1 hh; however due to her amazing uphill presence seems to grow taller in the school. Her active and dynamic paces combined with a very easy and trainable attitude make her without a doubt a potential that can go to the very top with the right person. Like Tortellini we are also planning to affiliate Cannelloni and compete her at novice level later this summer.
